The VIP Desert Safari is designed for honeymooners, executives and travellers who want the desert without the crowds. Maximum 30 guests per evening, separate dining pavilions, a sommelier-selected wine list and an à-la-carte dinner replace the buffet.

Drop-off at your hotel by approximately 22:30.
Safety
Conservation reserve drivers are graded to the highest UAE off-road category and complete biannual recertification.
Child policy
Best suited to guests 12+ given the dinner format. Children welcome on private bookings.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup, given the small camp capacity.
Dress code
Smart-casual. Closed shoes for the camel walk. Wraps and pashminas provided in winter.

Location
All our desert tours operate in the Lahbab desert (also known as the "red dunes") approximately 60 km south-east of Dubai. The drive from central Dubai takes 45–60 minutes depending on traffic.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a private safari?
Private safaris give you your own vehicle but use the standard camp. The VIP package adds a different camp, plated dinner and falconry, and limits the total number of guests on site.
