By booking a tour with Desert Safari Dubai you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed in writing by email or WhatsApp. Pickup times are indicative and may shift by up to 30 minutes due to traffic.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of the tour in cash (AED) or via secure card link. Prepayment may be required for VIP, overnight and private bookings.

Health & safety

Guests must declare medical conditions at booking. We reserve the right to refuse the dune-bashing portion to any guest whose health may be at risk. Following the safety briefing and driver's instructions is mandatory.

Liability

Desert Safari Dubai carries full passenger insurance. Our liability is limited to the booking value where adventure activities have inherent risk that guests accept by participating.

Conduct

We reserve the right to end a tour without refund for guests under the influence of illegal substances or behaving in a way that endangers others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
