Standard tours

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are charged at 50%. No-shows are charged in full.

Overnight & Hummer tours

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged at 50%.

VIP tours

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside 72 hours are charged at 75% due to the small camp capacity.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, are deducted from the refund.

Cancellations by us

In the rare event that we cancel a tour (extreme weather, safety concerns, vehicle issue) you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, at your choice.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule any tour free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Just message us on WhatsApp.
