The Overnight Desert Safari is the most complete way to experience the Dubai desert. After the standard evening programme finishes and day-trippers leave, the camp becomes yours — bonfire, telescope-clear skies, and a hot Arabic breakfast served before your return drive.

Pickup
Pickup from any Dubai hotel between 14:30 and 15:30.
Drop-off
Return to your Dubai hotel by 09:30 the following morning.
Safety
Camps are staffed 24 hours and have on-site first aid. Tents are secured and lit through the night.
Child policy
Children 5+ welcome on the overnight package. Family tents and child-sized sleeping bags are available on request.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, 50% charge applies due to camp setup costs.
Dress code
Layered clothing — desert nights can be 10°C cooler than the city. Closed shoes essential.

Location
All our desert tours operate in the Lahbab desert (also known as the "red dunes") approximately 60 km south-east of Dubai. The drive from central Dubai takes 45–60 minutes depending on traffic.

Frequently asked questions
How private is the overnight tent?
Each booking gets its own sleeping tent zipped from the inside. Tents are spaced apart and separated by traditional screens. Couples and families can be allocated double or family tents.
Is the desert really cold at night?
Between November and February, expect 8–15°C overnight. We provide thick sleeping bags and blankets, but a warm layer of your own is wise.
