You'll sit at low majlis-style tables around the camp arena. Waiters bring bread, mezze and drinks; the grill and hot buffet are open for as long as you want — unlimited refills. Expect grilled chicken, shish tawook, lamb kebab and grilled fish alongside classic mezze (hummus, moutabel, tabbouleh, fattoush), saffron rice, grilled vegetables, seasonal fruit and dessert.
Three shows run through dinner: a tanoura dancer spinning in a lit skirt, a belly dance performance, and a fire show at the end. Between shows the DJ plays a mix of Arabic and Western music.
Free extras included with dinner: henna hand-painting, shisha corner, Arabic coffee (gahwa) and dates, plus dressing up in traditional Emirati costume for photos.
If you or someone in your group can't do the 4x4 off-road ride — back or neck issues, pregnancy, young infants — book the same package with a 'camp-only' transfer. You skip the dune bashing but keep the camel ride, camp activities, BBQ dinner and shows. Same price as the standard evening safari.
